Who Is Routes, Inc. For?​
Our program is designed for serious athletes who are fully bought in to the process of long-term development. This is not a quick fix, "drop-in" style environment. Dedicating 10,000 hours to mastering a craft starts with a foundation of commitment and attention to detail. We set daily and long-term goals; then accomplish them one by one.
What Is The Route School Method?​
Coach Rome has 20+ years of combined experience in coaching (high school, Junior College) and teaching (grades K-12), and the entire program is designed with an approach that mirrors the scientific method. In short, we use simple systems to solve on-field problems by creating an environment for learning and retaining skills in a way that teaches the athlete not what to think, but HOW to think for themselves.
